Dear Devoted Reader,
Too often, life catches at us, pulls at us, and changes our direction. Over the past two years I have loved telling stories here and at my other comic. They’ve changed me, and my art. They’ve helped me think about different things and explore new worlds. They’ve opened my eyes to new possibilities about who I am and who I can become.
It is because of these new possibilities that I’ve decided to head out into the wild frontier. I’m getting my MBA in Marketing so I can go tell new stories, and help other people tell theirs. I’ve fought it so hard over the last couple months, but it is becoming clear to me that I can no longer be the artist here at Starmada comics.
We only have so much time in this life. With that time we need to provide for our families, become fabulous human beings, and chase our dreams. I don’t know exactly what is around the corner, but I am excited to see what is there.
We’ve started a new universe here, Daniel will still be here, bringing you fabulous stories of adventure in the madness and chaos of space. Perhaps they will move along faster, because the art won’t slow it down. I’ll pipe up once in a while with sketches and to tell you what’s going on with me. Daniel will be looking for a new artist to fill in my spot. Feel free to contact him about it.
